Eclipses and Earthquakes

Some studies relating to the occurrence of earthquakes due to Eclipse are as follows:

1. Earthquakes follow immediately after the Eclipse, which occurs within 15 days.

2. Earthquake in those countries where the Eclipse falls on the 4th or 10th cusp of the national chart.

3. The sign in which Eclipse falls become the Marmagya sthana (sensitive point). When Saturn/Mars transit over that point or is aspected by either or both of them, there may be an earthquake or any other natural disaster.

4. If at the moment of Eclipse, there are some planets like Uranus or Saturn, situated in a fixed sign, then the earthquakes will take place where such planets happen to be in the first, fourth, seventh or tenth house. If at the time of Eclipse, a planet like Uranus, Saturn or Mars is situated in a fixed sign, about 45 degrees from the meridian, then an earthquake will take place at those places which lie at the same distance from Greenwich, East or West, according to the position of the said planet.
